In all products and services produced by UNİCA and in its working units continuous improvement in quality is a priority. Therefore, UNİCA management sets the relevant goals and objectives and allocates the necessary resources to achieve them and monitor progress.

It is one of the basic rules of UNİCA to undertake to comply with the unique conditions of each job and to ensure customer satisfaction. Compliance with the contract requirements for quality assurance and other conditions that the company undertakes / will undertake is ensured.

UNİCA employees carry out all their work in line with this policy and company mission and vision, and UNİCA management ensures that its employees are fully aware of this policy and comply with its requirements, through training support and information activities.

UNİCA Management carries out control activities in order to understand the policy and company objectives, to improve quality performance effectively and to monitor customer satisfaction.

Our Production and Research Facilities

As the first manufacturer in Turkey, UNICA produces all system components in its modern production facility, which spans 3000 m² of covered area located in Düzce. Equipped with R&D laboratories covering 200 m², conforming to S5 standards, our facilities ensure all products undergo rigorous quality control procedures in line with international test standards before safely reaching our customers.
